Booking Instructions:
1. Choose your ticket type, enter quantities, and click “Add to Cart” to purchase your selected tickets.
Please note: Children in kindergarten or younger can enter for free but still require a ticket.
2. Click “View Cart.”
3. Please review ticket quantities on the cart page. To add different ticket types, click “Go Back” and make your changes. To change ticket quantities, update the quantity column and click “Update Cart.” Verify the total amount before clicking “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”
4. Please enter billing details, a valid email address for receiving the ticket link, attendee name/s, and Credit Card information. Please ensure IMA membership is included on every member ticket. Review and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy before clicking “Place Order.”
5. After completing your order, you will receive an email with your order details. You can download the tickets for each attendee by clicking the ‘Download’ link next to their name. Please save them on your phone or print hard copies for scanning at the venue.

Event Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry & Food
You’ll need to wear an armband to enter the event and get food. Keep it on the whole time.
2. Kids
Parents and guardians must watch their kids at all times. We’re not responsible for any unsupervised children.
3. Food Timing
There won’t be a special break just for food. It’ll be available during the event, so grab it whenever you like.
